Video Interview

One of our Recruiters will be in touch to arrange an initial video interview with you that will last approximately 30 minutes.

Stage 3

Assessment Day

You will be invited to one of our Assessment Days. This is an opportunity to meet the Rocksteady Team, find out more about the role and take part in various solo/group activities.

Stage 4

Teaching Observation

The final stage of the Recruitment Process is held in schools. This is a chance for us to see you in a teaching environment and for you to experience as close as possible to the day job. You will be sent two videos in advance to prep for your final interview.
